Rural, scenic and only minutes from Waterville
Our B&B has direct access to the lake, just 300 metres from our door. We're a quality-approved B&B with a large and varied breakfast menu, and we'd be delighted to welcome you to Waterville.
The setting
We are located in a rural, scenic setting overlooking the beautiful Lough Currane — yet close to all local amenities: pubs, restaurants, the post office and more. Away from the town, but never far from anything you need.
There is a peat fire in our sitting room for you to relax and unwind, and a genuine Failte Romhat waiting for every guest.
Our rooms
We have spacious ensuite rooms with TV, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities, private parking, lake views, a drying room, free WiFi and power showers.
For the 2022 season we added refrigerators and microwaves to our bedrooms, and each room now has its own seating area — for your comfort and safety.
Meet Ann, your host
We would be delighted to welcome you to Currane Lodge, where I make all my own brown soda bread and scones. I am a qualified chef with an additional qualification in the management of food hygiene in the hospitality sector.
A large selection of delicious home baking is always on offer, and a continental-style breakfast is available in the room.
